Domestic Returns (United States ONLY):

• If you are unsatisfied with your supplement(s) for any reason, we will honor a refund within 90 days of the purchase date.
• We allow the return of any unopened bottles within 90 days of the purchase date.
• Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned supplement(s). You will automatically be refunded on the original payment method used to purchase the items.  Please allow about 1-2 weeks for all returns to process.
• The purchase of Onward Order Protection is not eligible for a refund once your package has shipped.
• Damaged supplement(s): Please contact Community Support at [email protected] as soon as possible. Claims for defective or damaged supplement(s) must be made within 7 days of receiving supplement(s).  Please save the packing box and all of its contents.

International Returns (including Canada):

• Customers who ordered internationally are responsible for the return shipping back to us.
• We will refund you for the full cost of the supplement(s), excluding shipping, VAT, or duties - no questions asked.

• We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries or refund purchases of Onward Shipping Protection.
